Jun has worked as a structural engineer for over 16 years on various high-rise buildings and medium to large scale commercial and residential developments up to $950M, as well as steelworks and underground structures.
A highly competent engineer, Jun provides technical direction and input to the multi-residential/commercial team at Measure across both Queensland and Victorian offices. He is highly experienced in design management, value engineering and value management throughout all phases of the project.
Career highlights include lead design engineer on Redevelopment of 102 years Equity Chamber heritage building into new modern style Hilton Hotel (17 levels new tower and 6 levels above heritage structure), the Brady Melbourne CBD Hotel (32 levels), the NAB HQ tower (40 levels), the Batman’s Hill MQ Residential Tower (40 levels), Knox Sport Centre/State Basketball Centre. Jun was also part of the design team for the Victoria One tower (77 levels), $600 million Freemasons Eastbourne luxury apartments, Chadstone Shopping Centre Redevelopment, Westfield Knox Shopping Centre Redevelopment, Queen’s Wharf Brisbane Redevelopment and Brisbane Metro Cross River Rail Project.
Jun has developed strong working relationships with many of the leading architects, developers and builders. He has a natural ability to workshop collaboratively with the project team and stakeholders to achieve cost effective and sensible structural designs.
As a key team member, Jun contributes to all aspects of the business including overall strategic planning, technical direction, tendering and project management.
